Welcome to DS Holidays! By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by DS Holidays.
- A minimum advance payment of [X]% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be cleared [Y] days before the travel date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made:
- 30 days or more prior to departure: 10% refund.
- 15-29 days prior to departure: 15% refund.
- 14 days or less prior to departure: No refund.
2.2 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is received.
2.3 No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services during the tour.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the package. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or delays.
Liability
- DS Holidays acts as a tour operator and does not own or control any hotels, transportation, or other services provided during the tour.
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused during the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, strikes, or other external events.
Changes to Itinerary
- DS Holidays reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary in case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions).
- Any additional costs incurred due to such changes will be the responsibility of the traveler.
Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers must carry valid government-issued identification during the trip.
- Adherence to local laws and customs is mandatory. DS Holidays will not be responsible for any penalties or issues arising from non-compliance.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the booking or services provided by DS Holidays will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [City/State].
Promotions and Discounts
- Promotions or discounts offered cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.
- Discounts are valid only for the period specified and cannot be transferred to another person or trip.
